Privacy Policy

Authentication identity is stored separately from matchmaking profile data. Public-facing profile information uses age rather than date of birth, and general location rather than an exact address.

Full date of birth, exact home address, identity document data, phone number, email address, exact workplace, financial details and internal staff notes.

Verification is performed by a third-party provider. We store only a provider reference, verification status, verified name, verified date of birth, verified country and timestamp. Raw identity documents are not stored in our application database.

Only approved members that a matchmaker has selected as a possible match, plus authorised Velora staff. Profiles are not public and are not indexed by search engines.

You may download a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent, pause your profile or request deletion. Write to info@veloramatchmaking.com. Some records may be retained where a legal or contractual obligation applies.

Consents for the matchmaking process, contact preferences, interviews and verification are recorded separately with timestamps, and can be reviewed and changed in your settings.
