Refund & Cancellation Policy

Submitting an application is free. Applicants invited to continue pay a €249 screening fee before the screening interview. That fee covers the screening work itself — application review, private interview, identity verification and suitability assessment — and is non-refundable, including where screening results in a decline. Paying it does not guarantee acceptance.

Membership fees are separate, are only payable once an applicant has passed screening and been formally accepted, and are never charged to declined applicants.

A statutory cooling-off period may apply depending on your country of residence. Where it applies, you may cancel within that period for a refund of fees, less the value of services already delivered at your request.

Fees cover screening, matchmaking time, curation, coordination and support. They do not purchase a guaranteed introduction outcome, relationship, marriage, relocation or visa, and are not refundable on the basis that a relationship did not result.

Clients may pause matching for a defined period; the remaining membership term is extended by the paused duration rather than refunded.

Memberships terminated for breaches of the code of conduct are not refunded.
