1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and seeking a genuine long-term relationship. Membership is by application and may be declined or withdrawn at our discretion.
2. Nature of the service
Velora provides human-curated introductions. We do not operate a public member directory, and we do not guarantee a relationship, marriage, relocation, visa, citizenship or any financial outcome.
3. Member conduct
Harassment, deception, sexual solicitation, requests for money and attempts to obtain another member's identity documents result in immediate termination. Our code of conduct forms part of these terms.
4. Fees
Client membership fees are payable only after an offer of membership. Fees purchase screening, matchmaking time, curation and support — never a guaranteed introduction outcome.
5. Third-party services
Identity verification, immigration and legal services are provided by independent qualified third parties. We are not responsible for their advice or decisions.
6. Termination and retention
You may pause or delete your account at any time. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate contractual, safety or legal obligations.
7. Availability
We may restrict applications by country, gender or membership category, and may suspend service in jurisdictions where we cannot operate lawfully.
