Trust & transparency
Everyone chooses whom they meet.
Matchmaking involves real people, real travel and real emotions. Here is exactly how we work, what we protect, and what we will never promise.
How verification works
Identity verification is handled by a specialist third-party provider. We receive a verification result — name, date of birth, country and status — and never store raw identity documents in our own systems.
How introductions work
A matchmaker proposes an introduction. Each person sees a curated profile and can say yes or no. Messaging opens only after both people have said yes.
Privacy
No public directory, no search engine indexing of profiles, no exact addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, workplaces or social accounts shared between members.
Reporting & blocking
Every profile and conversation has one-tap reporting and blocking. Reports go to a human on our team, and we act on them.
Financial safety
Never send money to a match. We will never ask a woman to pay a man, reimburse a membership, or forward funds on anyone's behalf.
Consent
You control what is shown, who is introduced to you, and when you stop. You can pause introductions or delete your account.
Anti-scam
Signs to take seriously.
Romance fraud follows patterns. If you see any of these, stop, keep the conversation on the platform and contact us.
- A request for money, gift cards, crypto or investment help — for any reason.
- Pressure to move to another messaging app immediately.
- A request for copies of your passport, ID or bank details.
- Stories of sudden emergencies, customs fees or stuck packages.
- Refusal to appear on a video call.
- Pressure to make quick decisions about travel, money or marriage.
Our messaging tools can show warnings for some of these patterns, but no automated system can detect every risk. Trust your own judgement, and tell us when something feels wrong.
What we never promise
Honest limits.
Matchmaking is a human service, not an outcome you can buy.
- No guarantee of a relationship
- No guarantee of marriage
- No guarantee of migration
- No guarantee of a visa or citizenship
- No guarantee of financial benefit
Immigration and legal matters are handled solely by qualified third-party professionals. Immigration decisions are made by governments, never by us. Members must be 21 or older.
Contact support
A member of our care team reads every message. If you feel unsafe or pressured, write to us and we will respond.
